Delivery
Free delivery on all UK orders over 40.00 GBP nett.Otherwise the minimum delivery charge is 3.50 GBP within the UK.
Express delivery upgrades are available through the website.
Though not guaranteed, we aim to despatch all orders the same working day when placed before 15:00, subject to stock availability.

Royal Mail 24 (formerly 1st Class Royal Mail) is the standard option for orders under 2kg and usually takes between 1-3 working days to arrive upon leaving our premises.
Our standard courier options provide a next day service throughout most of the UK mainland. Services cover the majority of UK postcodes, with the exception of The Highlands and Islands (Scotland), Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and other surrounding UK Islands such as the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped on a tracked service via:

- DHL
- DPD
- Other pallet shipping company at your option
We recommend FedEx, DPD or DHL for parcel deliveries to most European destinations although other options are available. For all other International shipments we recommend FedEx or DHL Express.
Kuhne & Nagel handle most of our international palletised shipments although other freight options may be used.
